  • Equality and inclusion is my passion, particularly enabling connections that contribute towards a more fair and inclusive society. I love supporting people in their personal development and growth and my career has predominantly centred around training, coaching and mentoring.

Running my own businesses in the equality and inclusion field has been both challenging Vivienne Dukeand rewarding. I love sharing this experience to help small businesses and struggling start-ups to get unstuck. In more recent years my work has been largely in social housing sector. It focussed on helping organisations to develop economic and social inclusion in their local communities.

Additional to this locally-based work, I have worked at national level, delivering Government-led programmes and internationally on the European ‘Fair Play for Older Workers’ programme.

I am proud to have my achievements recognised (The Yorkshire Woman of Achievement Business Award; The Working Families Innovation Award and the DWP Age Positive Award), but it is important to know that my clients and their customers felt truly supported in their achievements.

Time with my family is precious and we are well known for our love of walking and will try to get out into the countryside as much as possible.  The fresher the air, the better!!  As a Trustee of Disability Sport Yorkshire I am inspired by their commitment and dedication in supporting young disabled people to engage in sport. Daily meditation is a powerful tool in boosting my creativity and calmness. As a Reiki practitioner, my family and friends find this healing energy phenomenal.
